There are different alternatives which they can select. In Australia one has a few alternatives like organization, association, individual and trust. For this situation these three can't open a sole exchanging business since three people are included. For them the most ideal alternative which is accessible is to begin business in an organization. Since three personas are associated with the business organization will be the most ideal alternative since they can share benefits in the proportion which they need to. According to Partnership Act 1963 Section 6 an association is a connection between individuals who does business in a typical perspective on benefit, it likewise incorporates restricted risk organization. On the off chance that there is a connection between the individuals from a company, at that point it would not be secured under this Act.(Partnership Act, 2016) Organization business structure will suite them very well due to the accompanying reasons: It is easy to set up. Extremely less confusions are there, so anybody can begin their business in partnership.(How-to-begin a-business-guide.com, 2016) Assets can be raised effectively in light of the fact that no assets are required from people in general as on account of framing an organization. There are three accomplices for this situation, so a couple of accomplices can contribute reserves and can begin the business rapidly. At that point even the benefit sharing proportion of the accomplice contributing more will be higher than others. Imminent representatives would get pulled in to the business if alternative is given to them to turn into an accomplice. The contextual investigation which can be alluded for association is of NGV and Bank of Melbourne and Melbourne Theater Company. These are the extremely two famous organization firms which ought to be set for instance of partnership.(Creative Partnership Australia, 2016) This case is about an organization named as Child Toys Supreme Pty Ltd who makes and sells modest childrens toys in Australia. News came out all through Australia that the plastic concoction used to make the toys is extremely unsafe. Betty was a salesman of the organization; he had vowed to the retail clients that the toys dont have any unsafe plastic synthetic compounds. It is plainly said in the Competition Law that on the off chance that the item doesn't agree to the client ensure, at that point clients has the privilege to make a move against the organization. Clients additionally reserve the options to guarantee remuneration for harms and misfortune which was brought about by the wellbeing imperfection in the item which was provided by the maker. For the most part in these cases producers are obligated yet on the off chance that it is hard to recognize the maker, at that point retailers would be held at risk. They have to pay harms to the clients. (Rivalry and Consumer Commission, 2016) according to Section 133H of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 if the court is fulfilled that the products are undependable or it is giving mischief to clients then the court can provide a reques t to the controller to look through the premises and such merchandise or even annihilate it. He realized that the item was undependable and has some concoction components which were destructive. One kid likewise got injured in light of this synthetic component in the toy. This implies organization has not satisfied the Product Safety Law, thus clients reserve the privilege to make a move against the organization and case pay for the harm. Organization first need to fire Betty and afterward organization is obligated to pay all the harm charges to the concerned individual. For this situation Bettys act was purposeful thus he should be terminated. Charles was the activity supervisor of the Child Toys Supreme Pty Ltd. He thought about the character and necessities of all the significant customers since he was in the senior position. He needed to resign in the period of March. According to the work contract he had concurred that he would not contend with the organization for a long time. Be that as it may, inside two months of his retirement he began his own organization with his better half May. His organization was likewise doing likewise business as his past organization. Charles and his better half are the sole investors of the organization and afterward they had additionally offered clients of Child Toys Pty Ltd to sell their own toys. This shows Charles had abused the business agreement.(CoolJagron, 2016) According to Australian Employment Law when a representative joins an organization then numerous organizations make its worker to sign a business contract. The terms and states of the agreement can by anything other than it ought not be against the Labor Laws in Australia. Agreements can either be as composed record or completely oral. In Australia for the most part organization go into business contract with its representatives who accommodates benefits in abundance of the base terms and states of work. In the event that a worker has marked an agreement with the organization that he can't complete a similar business after he leaves then he can't do the business according to the terms referenced in the agreement. Be that as it may, on the off chance that he does likewise, at that point he needs to stop the tasks of the business right away. Be that as it may, in the event that the agreement was marked after his joining, at that point this agreement would not be material. This agreemen t would possibly be appropriate when it was marked before his joining. (KL Gates, 2016) For this situation Charles has marked an agreement with the organization that he would not go up against the organization for a long time. There was nothing referenced that when the agreement was agreed upon. It is expected that the agreement was marked before his joining. Presently since contract was marked before his going along with, he needs to hold onto the tasks of his business. On the off chance that he didn't hold onto its tasks, at that point organization can make legitimate move against him and his new organization. Organization has the option to go to the court and courts choice would likewise be in the kindness of the organization. The case is fundamentally the same as the instance of Nikolich v Goldman Sachs (2006) where the Court held that the organization strategy which was sent to the representative at the hour of letter of arrangement shaped piece of the business contract with the worker. Toward the end court had granted Mr. Nikolich over a half million dollars in compensation.(Maurice Blackburn, 2016) . Book index Anon., 2016. Austii.edu.au. The Puritan Beliefs In The Crucible - Free Essay Example

In every society, the progression of one group of people directly leads to the subjugation of another. In the Puritan society as depicted in The Crucible by Arthur Miller, women were minorities who were weaker and deceptive in nature. This lead to the conceived idea that they were often associated with evil things such as witchcraft as well as less respected within the Puritan society. For example, Abigail saw confessing as a sign of relief. To solve her moral problem, Abigail started to blame other girls in town. Elizabeth Proctor is accused of keeping poppets in her home. The poppet is a doll with voodoo magic used to harm people. It wasnt a good look for Elizabeth, from the outside looking in because a poppet was found in her home with a needle stuck in the stomach area. Abigail sabotaged Elizabethrs reputation in court when she brought up that she had been stabbed in the stomach, revealing that Elizabeth had something to do with Abigailrs injury. The conversation between Cheever and Proctor stated, Cheever, I am given sixteen warrants tonight, sir, and she is one. Proctor, Who charged her? Cheever, Why, Abigail Williams charge her. Proctor, On what proof, what proof? Cheever, Mr. Proctor, I have little time. The court bid me search your house, but I like not to search a house. So will you hand me any poppetrs that your wife may keep here? Cheever has been given several warrants for individuals to search their homes and Elizabeth Proctor happened to be one of them. Proctor was shocked that his wife may be involved. Abigail continues to fail to solve her moral problem and in doing so if placing the blame upon others. There were several incidents within the novel in which women were observed as less than man and the validity of their statements was questioned. To illustrate this idea, upon being accused the first time, Abigail confesses to dancing, but not conjuring spirits. After further interrogation by Parris and Hale, Abigail incriminates Tituba, saying she conjured spirits and tried to force the girls to sell themselves to the Devil, but they would not (Miller 45). Abigailrs story changes repeatedly, causing people to question when she is really telling the truth, or when she is simply lying to keep herself safe. Elizabethrs falsehood, though still not excusable, is much more valiant than Abigailrs. While Abigailrs lies were formed to protect herself, Elizabeth lies in order to protect her husband. When questioned about John Proctorrs alleged affair with Abigail Williams, Elizabeth tells the court that the information is false. Unfortunately, her lie is obvious because her husband had already confessed outside of her knowledge (Miller 113). There were two distinct groups of women in The Crucible, both of which had their flaws. On one hand, Abigail Williams and the other girls wielded their power through manipulation and dishonesty. They were weak, and looked out for themselves only. Elizabeth Proctor and Rebecca Nurse, though convicted of witchcraft, held their own, and refused to admit to a crime they were not guilty of. These two, Elizabeth and Rebecca showed an entirely different type of power than Abigail as they are much more noble characters, even though they were looked down on by the male authorities. But this natural tendency of the society to mistrust these women demonstrates the inequality and unfairness for them. When Abagail is accused of being associated with witchcraft she states, I want the light of God, I want the sweet love of Jesus! I danced for the Devil; I saw him; I wrote in his book; I go back to Jesus; I kiss His hand. After proclaiming this, the religious officials of Salem are left, in essence, with no choice but to believe her. The main quality admired and expected of women in The Crucible is submissiveness. It is clear from the play that Salem, Massachusetts, in 1692, was largely a patriarchal society. Power in the hands of women was looked down on and even feared. Any leverage that women had was gained solely through manipulation. If the men suspected a woman of interacting with the Devil, she was expected to submit to their authority and confess her crime. If she rebelled and refused to confess, she was sentenced to death, no questions asked. However, the same was also true for men, though they were much more seldom found guilty of witchcraft. In The Crucible, women are comm only caught in lies. Not only are the manipulative girls, such as Abigail Williams, prone to lying, but Elizabeth Proctor is also caught lying. On the other hand, there are those who argue women played an important part in society and had power when making decisions regarding witchcraft. This is true because the jury believed Abigail Williams when she was giving her testimony about accusing other women of being involved with witchcraft. In order to convince the people, she had to be deceptive in lying about details to hide the truth. Therefore, women are still fulfilling the deceptive figure role as this would have been the only way for them to be heard. The authorrs writing is a reflection of the Puritan beliefs within the society at the time. Women were seen as less than men and had no validity despite their position. There has been and always will be groups to be marginalized and treated unfairly in any society. The best and only thing people can do is create the change so that this doesnt happen in future societies.

The advertisement patterns are kept in check after the news about competitors are read in magazines, television, newspapers or any other medium of communication or advertising (Bolton et al. 2013). To collect information about the context of changing business, the medium of communication such as personal contacts, academic books, commercial database, academic journals, reports, government publications and other sources are reviewed. It will be beneficial if McDonalds conducts environmental scanning to trace the changes in business context. This information can be used by the brand to sell its products and services (Griffin et al. 2013). McDonalds follows collaborative information seeking so that it can gain information regarding situations, methods and motivations. McDonalds works closely with its staff members so that they provide appropriate information. Collaborators play a shift role and work jointly with McDonalds so that a trusting and working relationship is established. The problems between McDonalds and market are defined and plans of action are developed accordingly (Lim, Chen, and Chen 2013). Developing Marketing Strategy Currently, McDonalds targets everyone and does not have a selected audience. The restaurant claims that it offers exciting meals for kids, breakfast for people having busy schedule and is a place for the adults to relax. As seen, the food products of the brand are high in calories and fats that prohibit the people aged 20-40 who are health-conscious. Choice of Target Market The target market is chosen as middle-aged people who belong to the age group 20-40 as they have greater consciousness about their eating habits in comparison with the other age groups. This target group has a greater focus on fitness and exercising as they watch what they consume. The changing expectations of customers from fatty to nutritious meals are increasing. The focus needs to be shifted to a more holistic concept by involving veggies and healthier products in the food menu and phasing out artificial colours and flavours. The main target must be to make the customers feel better about the food they crave. The existing customers such as kids, family and teenagers shall enjoy the food at McDonalds, but with this additional target group of health-conscious consumers, McDonalds can take the competition to a new level. McDonalds knows that it needs to offer products that can offer some kind of health benefit. The changing lifestyles and consumer demand requires innovation to meet increasing personal needs (Sonnenberg et al. 2014). Value Proposition McDonalds promises to serve food as the customers like it. The food and beverage products need to be better than the competitors. The brand does not have many vegetarian options and it needs to enhance its options. The new products need to be superior to other competitive menu options (Lunt et al. 2014). People have started realizing the ill effects of fast food, especially fries and cheesy food. However, the people are so busy in their schedules that they do not have time to prepare a healthy meal by themselves. McDonalds with its slogan Im Lovin it can develop new products and enhance the food menu so that customers visit the outlet and have a healthy diet (Lim, Chen, and Chen 2013). Positioning Statement The positioning statement could be, To the people who want to inculcate health in their modern eating habit, McDonalds is a brand of fast food that shall offer great meal with fresh ingredients and value for money. Moreover, McDonalds shall offer excellent customization in their menu that would satisfy even the most fastidious customer. McDonalds has attained this legendary position by maximum satisfaction of its customers and marketing tactics. As the middle aged people are more health conscious, McDonalds needs to take initiatives and encourage healthy eating and generate self-awareness among the people about freshness and fitness (Dibb 2013). Developing Marketing Tactics This section involves 7P framework to support the marketing strategy and tactics can be framed to achieve the targets and goals. The 7Ps are elaborated as under- Product- The main product in the McDonalds menu is its hamburgers and French fries. McDonalds can switch to a healthier version with non-fatty ingredients or process of preparing the food items. A healthy range can be introduced for the health-conscious consumer group. Not only hamburgers, but a full course meal ranging from wraps, beverages and desserts can be introduced as a healthy option for them so that they do not hesitate in visiting the outlet. The brand must pledge to increase the nutritional value of its food items and beverages. All the new range products shall be roasted, grilled or shallow fried that would be non-fatty in nature (Hanssens et al. 2014). Price- McDonalds may follow cost leadership strategy and competitive prices can be offered. One of the most competitive brands, Subway follows premium pricing strategy and has a higher price than McDonalds or KFC. However, McDonalds may slightly increase its prices while maintaining quality of food products. Various combo meals and prices can be offered for the products being available at lower prices if more than one unit is bought at a time (Mintz and Currim 2013). Place- McDonalds operates worldwide and has scope for expansion in the Asian and Eastern region. The company may focus to expand in the semi-urban areas so that the market share can be increased. The outlets can be opened at busy marketplaces so that the customers can access the place with convenience. Restaurants can also be expanded in airports, railway station, malls, toll ways and colleges to reach more customers. Moreover, online delivery can also help in capturing greater market as the products can be taken to the customers at the right place and time (Mintz and Currim 2013). Promotion- McDonalds can use integrated marketing communication strategy in promoting its products and services. Further, McDonalds can conduct Meal of the Day campaign and attractive offers can be put on that particular food item. The same can be repeated on seven days of the week. Different promotional offers and codes can be used as promotion tactics during festivals and occasions such as Christmas, New Years and others. Student discounts can be provided for the students so that they avail the same healthy products at low prices and healthy food is encouraged. The campaigns must be designed while promoting healthy food that is freshly made using fresh ingredients. The charitable contributions shall also gain goodwill (Mintz and Currim 2013). People- In every country, the company employs local people. Therefore, the needs and pattern of health conscious consumers in every country can be understood by the people. The people can be trained both in technicality and customer focus. The training centres can teach the employees to develop and prepare healthy food especially designed for the obese people. Therefore, training can help in standardizing product and service delivery. Physical Evidence- The outlets are similarly created with a family friendly ambience and environment. The theme can be designed for activities and quiz for health conscious consumers. Service at the outlet shall be provided with a smile. The menu can be structured in similar ways with fries and drink combos. The health conscious consumers ordering healthy food items can be provided with magazines and tips on staying healthy or fit (Mintz and Currim 2013). Process- There are thousands of McDonalds outlet worldwide and all use the same process for preparing its food. The size, weight and ingredients used for products are standardized. Therefore, the suppliers need to meet specifications. The layout of kitchen and restaurant are the same. However, the menu images and process of preparing food needs to differ according to the culture and tastes of consumers. Service deliveries must be made quicker and wait time needs to be reduced (Su and Tong 2015). Conclusion Conclusively, McDonalds excellent customer service as the customers is provided with high quality food, welcoming experience and superior service. The brand is dedicated to deliver outstanding customer experience. The brand has diversified income streams unlike its competitors. McDonalds has scope for international expansion and form joint venture with supermarkets or retailers. As the ambience and food menu is apt for family, the parents visit the place with their children to give a treat. The suppliers of McDonalds provides chicken, beef, fish, potato, lettuce, apple, coffee and other ingredients to help the brand prepare food for its customers. The supply chain of these companies is impressive and the prices of all these companies are highly competitive. Economic factors affect McDonalds as the economic slowdown may threaten the spending of customers. The data is also gathered from transactions, sources and communication. The advertisement patterns are kept in check after the news about competitors are read in magazines, television, newspapers or any other medium of communication or advertising. Collaborators play a shift role and work jointly with McDonalds so that a trusting and working relationship is established. The target market is chosen as middle-aged people who belong to the age group 20-40 as they have greater consciousness about their eating habits in comparison with the other age groups. .
